Who provides all the equipment for an event?
Event branding encompasses both aspects: what people wear — crew and volunteer T-shirts — and what defines the venue: Banden, banners, flags, roll-ups and backdrops. Having both from a single source saves on coordination, and the lead time is usually spent less on production than on design and sponsor approvals.
What matters in this industry
- A fixed date
- An event cannot be postponed — approvals must be in place well in advance.
- Making helpers recognisable
- Staff shirts let visitors see at a glance who can provide information.
- Involve sponsors
- Advertising space needs to be planned in advance, often with partners who are confirmed at a late stage.
- Reusability
- Neutrally designed material can be used across several issues.

Frequently asked questions
How much lead time does an event require?
Once the design has been approved for printing, you should allow a few weeks; if the design includes a full range of textiles, it will take longer. Experience shows that the majority of this time is taken up by the design process and obtaining sponsors’ approvals.
Can event equipment be hired?
No, we do not offer items for hire. Everything is purchased and then becomes your property — and, as it has a neutral design, can be used across several issues.
Will Kustom be responsible for the construction?
To some extent. It’s best to sort this out early on in the project.
