Marcel is the founder and managing director of Kustom. The thinker, driver and enabler behind the company. He thinks entrepreneurially, acts pragmatically and knows his customers’ challenges from his own experience. Whatever can be simplified is simplified – with logic, clarity and an eye for the essentials. The economic success of customers always in focus, as an entrepreneur for entrepreneurs.

In his private life he is sporty, loves the freedom of the camper and time with his family. Three children, many ideas, and yet always a clear head.
